The song was released as a promotional single in the United States and Canada and peaked at number five on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 Airplay chart. It was given a commercial release in Australia, Japan, and South Africa. Because it was not released commercially in the U.S., it was ineligible to chart on the Billboard Hot 100 or the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs.[1] No music video was produced for the release.
